एकदा शाळेत स्पर्धा पाहण्यासाठी गेलो होतो, माझ्या समोर पळायच्या स्पर्धा चालू होत्या, त्या पोरांना पाहून माझ्या ही अंगात जोश आला आणि wheel chair वरून उठून पळायला लागलो तसा धपकन खाली पडलो _ त्या मातीत . तोंडात माती गेलेली तेवढ्यात दोघेजण पळत आले _ मला उचलायला, उचलुन chair वर बसवले , त्यातील एक मुलगी म्हणाली काका तुम्हाला पळायला येणार नाही_अशा अवस्थेत, मग मी तिच्याकडे पाहत तीला म्हणालो हो ग पोरी_विसरलोच होतो मी ".
